Who you are agreeing with

White Lotus is operated by Stephanie Ochoa, a sole proprietor based in Texas, United States. Questions, cancellations, refund requests and any legal notice go to stephanie@whitelotus.world.

Eligibility — 18+

The interactive and member parts of White Lotus — creating an account, readings, Community participation and Realignment bookings — are intended for adults aged 18 or older. By creating an account or using those services you confirm that you are at least 18. White Lotus may decline or withdraw access to those services where someone indicates they are under 18. Ordinary public White Lotus pages remain open to read.

What White Lotus is, and is not

A reading is a mirror, not a command. You remain the authority on your own experience. White Lotus does not provide therapy, medical care, diagnosis or treatment, and nothing here predicts or guarantees an outcome. If you are unwell or in crisis, please seek appropriate professional care.

Accounts

Some parts of White Lotus require an account. You are responsible for keeping your sign-in details to yourself, and for what happens under your account.

3-Card Field Reading

• A personalized 3-Card Field Reading is a one-time purchase of $9.99 USD. There is no subscription.
• A purchase adds reading credit to your account; a credit is used when a reading is completed.
• Your reading is saved to your account, can be narrated aloud, and can be downloaded as a PDF.
• A reading is offered for reflection. No specific outcome, insight or result is guaranteed.
• If payment or a credit is taken but your personalized reading is not successfully produced and delivered, the credit is restored or an appropriate refund is issued.
• Once a personalized reading has been produced and delivered, it is generally not refundable, except where required by applicable law or where White Lotus chooses to make an exception.

White Lotus Realignment

• The standard exchange is $144 USD for one complete White Lotus Realignment.
• You reserve one exact one-hour window. This is not a video or phone appointment — you do not need to attend or be online. Stephanie performs the work during the hour you reserve.
• You are welcome to rest, meditate, journal or simply notice during that hour. Nothing is required of you.
• Hours may be reserved up to 30 days ahead, and must be booked more than 24 hours before the reserved start.
• You may move your Realignment once yourself, more than 24 hours before the reserved start. Inside 24 hours, contact Stephanie; no automatic change is made.
• You may cancel and be refunded more than 24 hours before the reserved start. Inside 24 hours, contact Stephanie; no automatic refund is issued and Stephanie decides individually, except where required by applicable law.
• Afterwards you receive a private audio recording, a written summary and personalized reflections, usually within 24 hours of your reserved window.

White Lotus sometimes offers a limited supported exchange by individual arrangement. It is not a publicly selectable price and it is not guaranteed to be available.

Community

Taking part in Community means accepting the Community Guidelines, which you are asked to agree to before you post.

• What you write and the images or video you upload remain yours. You keep ownership of your content.
• By posting, you give White Lotus a limited, non-exclusive permission to host, store, copy, process, display and moderate that content for the sole purpose of operating Community, for as long as the content remains posted and for the short retention window that follows withdrawal.
• You must have the right to share what you upload, and it must not infringe anyone else's privacy or intellectual-property rights.
• Content that breaks the Guidelines may be removed and discussions may be closed.
• You can report content, block another member, and withdraw your own posts at any time; records of moderation and reports are kept.

Journal and other material

Articles, card meanings, artwork, music and written material on White Lotus are owned by White Lotus or used with appropriate permission or license, and are provided for your personal use.

Suspending or ending access

White Lotus may suspend or end access to the member and interactive services where it is necessary because of a serious or repeated breach of these Terms or the Community Guidelines. Where it is reasonable to do so, you will be told why.

Changes

These Terms may be updated as White Lotus changes. When they are, the effective date shown at the top of this page is updated, and material changes apply going forward from that date rather than retroactively. Continuing to use White Lotus after an update means the updated Terms apply.

Governing law

White Lotus is operated from Texas, United States, and these Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Nothing here removes any right you have under the mandatory law of the place where you live.
