Hello, I’m Stephanie—founder of White Lotus, and a devoted explorer of spiritual sovereignty, energy healing, and the deeper truths behind our human experience.

My journey began during a time of global pause and personal awakening. As the world shifted during the pandemic, I found myself questioning everything I thought I knew about reality. Beneath the surface of fear and uncertainty, something inside me stirred—a quiet yet powerful knowing that there was more. That this life was layered, coded, and calling me to remember.

I began with quantum healing and muscle testing—tools that reconnected me with the wisdom of my own body. These simple yet profound techniques opened a direct line of communication with my subconscious, and eventually, with something much greater. That inner connection became my compass.

Following the thread, I immersed myself in the Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique (QHHT), pioneered by Dolores Cannon. This process showed me the vastness of the soul, the intelligence of the body, and the multidimensional nature of our consciousness. It changed the way I saw everything.

But the most pivotal shift came when I encountered Spirit Releasement Therapy. Something deep clicked. This wasn’t just a method—it was a remembrance. The more I practiced, the more my mediumship and intuitive gifts began to unfold. It wasn’t always easy, but it was real. And with every layer I cleared—for myself and others—I came into deeper alignment with what I now call true sovereignty.

From that space, White Lotus was born.

Today, my work is devoted to helping others reclaim their clarity, coherence, and connection to Source. Whether through in-person QHHT sessions, remote White Lotus Realignments, or the planetary talismans I handcraft with sacred timing and energetic layering, every offering is designed to awaken something already alive within you.
